Corrections policy

We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we want to fix them quickly and visibly. This page explains how to report an error and what happens next.

How to report

Email corrections@buildergelguide.com with the page URL, the specific issue, and any source that supports the correction. Screenshots help.

What we fix

We correct factual errors, out-of-date prices, broken links, attribution mistakes, and image rights issues. We do not change opinions unless they were based on incorrect facts.

How we show corrections

Material corrections get a dated note at the top of the page. Small typos are fixed silently. The last-reviewed date is updated for any change.

Response time

We acknowledge corrections within 5 business days and resolve factual errors within 15 business days, sooner for safety-related content.
